Our products are normally covered by a 12-month guarantee, however if you register the product you purchased on our website, we will extend the guarantee for another 12 months – it is enough to register the product under the project Approved by Moms.

However, regardless if your product is under the guarantee, or if the guarantee term expired, you may count on our assistance. Below, you will find some tips, thanks to which we may quickly and easily deal with the repair together.

Carry out visual inspection of the product to see if there are grounds for complaint. Defects, which are not covered by the guarantee are stipulated in clause 9 of the Terms and Conditions of Standard Guarantee. Warunków Gwarancji Standardowej. If:

    1. there are grounds for complaint, prepare original, filled in guarantee card, and a copy of the purchase document (receipt, invoice, or another document if you have one). Next, choose of on the two manners described below for making the complaint

Shop

  • Contact the shop, which sold you the product.
  • Together with the seller, personally or by phone, draw up the complaint protocol or post-guarantee repair report (in this case you need to approve repair costs for the repair to be carried out).
  • You may deliver the product to the shop or ask the seller to order the courier ,to collect it from your home.
    . Courier services are paid by Baby Design Group if the repair is under the guarantee. Otherwise, such costs are incurred by the client. Remember that the product must be packed in the cardboard box – the original one or alternative one.
  • The product (together with the report/protocol and copy of the purchase document and guarantee card – if the repair is covered by the guarantee) is sent to us. Do not forget to give us your contact data – address to send the product back, and your phone number. We will have 14 days to carry out the repair.
  • The repaired product will be then sent to the address you indicated. In the case of the post-guarantee repair, you will be requested to pay for the repair and shipment at the delivery.

Service

  • Contact the Service Department by phone at 34 364 30 53 (od poniedziałku do piątku w godz. 8:00 – 16:00) lub 721 530 247 (od poniedziałku do piątku w godz. 10:00 – 15:00), or by e-mail: serwis@babydesign.eu.
  • Inform on situation connected with the defect, and the Service Representative will instruct you how to draw up complain protocol or post-guarantee repair report (in this case you need to approve repair costs for the repair to be carried out).
